Join Sara and Renee for a Sunday evening Sound Bath helping you to relax, reset and realign before the week to come. You will be guided in a gentle meditation to help you settle in as various instruments will then be played as you rest, allowing the vibrations to wash over your body helping to shift energy deep within.
We will be hosting this offering in the open field to the right as you drive towards the Tennis Center at Holiday Park - 701 NE 12th Ave, Fort Lauderdale 33304. You may park in the field, or park behind us on the street (NE 7th St)
Bring items to create a comfortable space - yoga mat, blankets, pillows, beach chairs etc.
Donation based event - suggested energetic exchange $20-$30
