Join Renee at Bombay Room Yoga for a magical evening of connecting with and for the opening of your heart during Cacao Ceremony. We will gather in community, align the chakras in meditation, set intentions, drink delicious cacao, melt into our heart space, open to the fluidity of movement during ecstatic dance and/or yoga, journal what may arise, and end with a gentle sound bath.
Let the heart opening medicinal properties of cacao that has been used in ceremony for centuries break down the walls around your heart that you have built and carry with you. Heal and reawaken the spirit within allowing new insights and messages from your higher self to be received. A safe space to work through any blockages, to release, and to let go.
