During an Ayurvedic Wellness Counseling consultation, Renee will help you understand your body type via the ancient holistic preventative care practice of Ayurveda and provide guidance on how to come back to balance and thrive in your natural state of being. The body’s current state is often imbalanced with the food choices and lifestyles we have become accustomed and programed to live. Gentle guidance in the right direction will help you find balance once again and understand when and how you have strayed. If you suffer from insomnia, a racing mind, irritability, anger, weight gain and/or digestive issues, to name a few, this is a great place to start the journey and find alignment from within. Hatha / Vinyasa / Yin / Restorative Yoga

Private or group sessions available in 60, 75 and 90 minute offerings. Renee will guide you on a mindful meditative asana practice of connecting the breathe to movement. Relax the mind as you stretch and strengthen the muscles all while releasing energies within the body that no longer serve your being. Sessions include a brief meditation, breath work (pranayama) and asana practice of choice such as a slow vinyasa, hatha, restorative, or yin yoga.

Kundalini Yoga

Renee will guide you through a meditative breath connected practice through the use of Kundalini technology to shift and awaken energies from within. Kriyas, or set exercises, will be chosen specifically for you to help you on your own personal awakening and healing journey.

Meditation

Private or group sessions available in 30 or 60 minute offerings. Renee will guide you into a mindful meditation practice utilizing a variety of different techniques such as breathing, mindful awareness, mantra, yogic sleep, guided, chakra alignment, walking, or connecting to your higher self and more. A meditation practice helps to quiet and still the mind as you learn to become the observer of your thoughts. Meditation can help to restore a racing mind, find clarity and balance, and ease anxiety or depression.

SUP Yoga

Private or group sessions available for this 90 minute SUP Yoga offering. An introduction to and gentle open paddle to our location followed by a guided yoga practice on the board. Experience the magical difference of yoga on the water vs land, connecting with the water’s cleansing energies beneath you. With a slight stance change you will be amazed at how balanced you truly are as you become one with the board. Enjoy this empowering, uplifting and cleansing practice solo or with friends.

Sound Bath Meditation

Private or Group sound bath meditation offerings. Quiet the mind, open, align and balance the energies within the body through a guided meditation and sound bath. Our bodies vibrate at different levels as does sound. When the vibration of the sound is received, our bodies begin to release blocked energies and realign. Sound baths have been known to help digestion, aid with sleep, align the chakras, ease anxiety or depression and even cleanse on the soul level. On the journey into a deep meditative state as you bathe in the healing vibrations of intuitively played instruments you will walk away having your overall well being gently shifted in the right direction. 60 and 90 minute offerings. Various instruments include crystal sound bowls tuned to 432Hz and the chakras, gong, chimes, metal bowls, rainstick, drum, crystal pyramid, crystal turning forks and more.

Private energy healing sessions on the beach or in studio with Renee. Utilization of crystals, herbs, essential oils, sound with connection of source and healing light energy (Reiki) to align and balance the chakra system. Divine Light Photography Session

Awaken and capture the light within. We will begin with a brief ceremony to fully embody the goddess/god within and ease into being in front of the camera. Ceremony may include tea or cacao, a gentle guided meditation, sound healing and/or tarot card pull followed by a hour of image creation. Portray your highest self though the images captured. You ARE a goddess/god and deserve to shine for all to see whether these are just for you, loved ones, or a business. It’s time to own your inner light and show up as your highest self.
